Mike teaches and writes wherever he finds himself, which is currently in Concord, New Hampshire. He is on the faculty at St. Paul's School, teaching future Captains of Industry to get in touch with their inner Chairman Mao.

Before coming to St. Paul's, Mike served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in the People's Republic of China. He taught English at the largest University in China's poorest province from 2005-2007. He stayed on with the Peace Corps for a short stint to help train the newest crop of Do Gooders. During the summers, Mike travels back to China, often with large groups of teenagers. This is his idea of fun.

Mike has also taught in upstate New York, New York City, and New Jersey. His writing has appeared in Adbusters, In These Times, and the Forward.
